Grant Consulting/Writing

I provide a multitude of grant writing options including everything from full service grant pipeline and RFP development to simple one-off grant narrative creation. I have experience in writing grants at the local, state, and national level for Government, Corporate, and Family Foundations. I work to be flexible in adapting to the specific needs of the organization. This often includes specialized research, grant database development, narrative creation, budget crafting, funder strategies and projected outcomes, and/or single to multi-year calendaring. Depending on your needs, I am open to working on long-term or short term contracts.

Board Development

I deliver executive search services, board and Executive Director coaching, and strategic planning for diverse nonprofit organizations nationwide. My work includes conducting comprehensive organizational reviews, stakeholder interviews, and site visits, facilitating decision-making processes, and developing customized programs to enhance capacity-building efforts. Additionally, I lead board training sessions and assess policies, procedures, and governance practices through an anti-racism and inclusivity lens.
